First visit
What happens at your first visit
A fifty-minute session, with a little time at the start to talk. Please arrive ten minutes early.
Your first visit is the same fifty minutes as any other. We start with a talk about your health, your week and what you hope for, and then I feel your pulse and belly and place a few fine needles. You rest, and before you leave I tell you what I did and what I suggest next.
Before you come
Wear loose clothes with sleeves and legs that roll up
Eat a normal meal a couple of hours before
Bring a list of your medicines and supplements
Bring a parent or friend if it makes you feel easier
